1. at least 1 photo of the room
2. how much total for advance payment
3. is the room single or shared?

I'd prefer small/medium room if not booked yet.
looking to rent from October; or few days earlier depending on availability.

For master room, utilities can be included in the rental except if you have any additional electrical appliances ( air con, cooler , fan ) which is not provided by us.
