If u take bank market value as a standard then i think lots of property in Malaysia also damm low price already.

In order for you to buy suriamas, u must ready to pay out 20% of the purchase price.

somemore, i dun think u selling at Bank Market Value? if u did, i confirm will buy from u as current market value in bank for Suriamas only 330k

your price not attractive at all.

ur price is last year price, nowadays non bump lot easily can go up to 430k++ to 500k if renovated
